Terms of delivery:

General information of webshop:

Webshop products are sold by Valjaskulma business ID 2271840-0. We sell products to adult privat persons and companies in Finland, Baltics and Sweden. Prices include VAT. We reserve right to change prices and delivery fees.

- All the prices in webshop are valid only in webshop orders

-Prices are valid only for the products actually in shop. We keep the right to change the prices when purchase prices or exchange rates changes.

We try to get the deliveries to the customer as soon as possible. Some products are delivered strickly from the importer and in those cases delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.


Products will be ordered from the internet through shopping basket.

Every order will be confirmed by email. In this confirmation is notified the price, delivery fee and products. Customer must give valid email address to get the confirmation.

The customer commits to valid terms in every order.


We send the confirmation by email to the address given in order.

The content of the order can be checked via user account.

Ways of payment:

Products and delivery fees are paid during the order. In our webshop valid ways of payment are: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and charge cards: Visa, Mastercard and Joustoluotto. Payments is made through Paytrail oyj.

Paytrail is a Finnish payment institution. Our payment services are used by more than 20 000 online businesses.

When buying from an online store that uses Paytrail's payment service, you can pay using your preferred payment method: online bank payments, credit or debit cards, mobile payments, invoice and instalment. We handle orders during open hours when payment is done. It takes usually about seven working days to handle.

We send products every working day.

Divergent delivering times are informed on our website in "Current".

*NOTICE! In some products delivering times may vary from 14-21 (delivery from abroad , for examble. Globus and Waldhausen, QHP, HKM )

Also carts will take longer time to deliver.*

We try to inform customer by email if it takes longer to deliver.

Way to deliver and fees:

Delivery fee includes delivery and packing costs. Delivery costs can be seen when payment and delivery way is chosen. We deliver to Finland by Post, Matkahuolto, Schenker or order may be picked up from to shop. Abroad we deliver by Post.

*We are not responsible for changes in Post pick point if there has not been room and delivery has been taken to nearest pick up point.*

If delivery is wanted as "Breakable" it will be added an extra fee according to Posts prices. More information about Post fees and options can be checked from Posts website

Terms of change and return:

Customer has according to finnish customer protection law right change or return the ordered products during 14 days. Right to return considers only products that are in their original packages and not used. Product must be in condition that it can be sold as new one.

NOTICE! It is NOT return not to pick up the delivery.

* NOTICE! Products that are in discount or offer can not be returned. * Also customed or embroidered products can not be returned.

If you return products add next information:

• your customer number, name, address and phone number

• your bank account number

• and copy about order confirmation from Valjaskulma

We don`t accept return over 14 days from delivery. When returning is accepted we return the money back to your account during PayTrail.

*Customer is in charge of returning fees.* If the product is incorrect return will be consired as reclamation.*

Problems in delivery or incorrect products:

Announcement must be done in 14 days from receiving the product. If package is damaged it must be reclamed to delivering company at once.


We keep the right to change our delivering terms. Customer must explore the valid terms before ordering.
